Withdrawal from a contract

If you are a consumer, you are entitled to  the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You may withdraw from the contract by sending us the  Statement of withdrawal from a contract  e.g. by sending an e-mail to the address: info@ceba.com.pl

If you would like to return a product, please contact us immediately at the following address: ul. Fabryczna 1, 56-400 Oleśnica. Please remember that you should return the product within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from a contract.

You may withdraw from the contract within  30 days.

The 30-day time limit for the withdrawal from a contract runs from:

  • • for a contract in the performance of which the Seller delivers the Product, and has the obligation to transfer the ownership of the Product from the moment of taking possession of the Product by the consumeror a third party indicated by him or her other than the carrier,

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send a statement before the end of withdrawal period.

All payments you have made, including the cost of delivering the goods on the terms specified in the Terms & Conditions, will be returned to you immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of a statement of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold reimbursement of payments received from you until we receive the Product back or until you provide us with an evidence of having sent back the Product, whichever event comes first.

Complaints

If the goods purchased from us are found to be faulty, you have the right to complain on the basis of warranty. The best way to submit a complaint about the purchased goods is by e-mail: info@ceba.com.plor in writing to the following address: ul. Fabryczna 1, 56-400 Oleśnica .

In case of faulty products you are entitled to:

  • replace the defective item with one free of defect,
  • repair,

or make a statement on:

  • price reduction,
  • withdrawal from a contract – in case of a substantial defect.

We are liable to you for defects found within two years from the date of delivery.

You can  submit a complaint within one year from finding out about the defect , but the complaint period shall not end before the expiry of the seller's liability period.

We will handle your complaint (provide a response) within 14 days from the date of complaint receipt.
